Delay the Disease is an evidence-based fitness program from Ohio Health that is designed to empower those living with Parkinson’s disease by optimizing their physical function, helping delay the progression of symptoms and improve their mental well-being. This class will include exercises to build strength and endurance, increase flexibility, improve balance and posture, as well as work on gait training.
